Des Moines Real Estate Week In Review Ending January 6th, 2012
It’s a new year and I’ve adjusted my charts a bit for 2012. I’ve also added a couple of extra stats at the bottom of this report including a current Pending count and a comparison of if we are ahead of or behind last year to date in closed transactions. Numbers appear pretty light this week but we are coming off of a holiday weekend.. so that taken into account, we are actually starting the year off quite strong!

Closed Transactions During the Last 7 Days – 25 Average Sale Price of Solds – $151,001 Average Days On Market of Solds – 116 YTD Solds Ahead or Behind Last Year To Date – 0 (Even)
