The hottest price range during the first quarter of 2015 is the $100,000 to $200,000 price point. 27% of all homes currently for sale and 40% of sales this year have been in price range since January 1st.
So far, year to date, there have been 2,169 new listings come on the market and 2,603 have gone under contract. At that rate, every day our inventory shrinks by almost 6 properties. The market WILL turn… and soon…

Month to Date we have added 335 new listings to the MLS and Pended 482 sales. At this pace if no new listings came on the market, we would be out of homes to sell by Wednesday, June 17th.
